Images on our website and samples ordered are to help you make a decision about your purchase they may not contain all aspects of a design. At paper’d we want you to be happy so we will provide a full scaled-down version of the repeat or mural for you to visualize.

process

Paper’d produces wallpaper by hand and digital printing methods, sometimes we really get wild and use both and all is done in-house. We have a commitment to be as sustainable as possible and use water-based or eco-solvent inks and have spent time sourcing materials that meet our high standards. Your paper’d order is custom to you , so let us know if there are custom colours, grounds, sizes or a scale you would like to see. We want to see your walls paper’d to perfection.

shipping and returns

Paper’d will ship your order directly to you! We try to meet or beat our lead times. If you have a rush order timelines can be established when you place your order. We’re all designers and get it, sometimes it is a rush. Paper’d ships via Fedex but we can ship via your carrier if you request it at the time of ordering. Shipping within Canada and the USA via standard ground shipping (4-10 days mainland North America).

Paper’d will accept returns under certain circumstances. A sample is highly recommended to ensure you are happy with the wallcovering and that the colours and ground are what you expect. Reach out to us if for some reason you are not fully satisfied or if there are issues and we will see how best to make you happy. 

deliveries

The shipping companies are the one aspect of the process we don’t have 100% control over. We ask that you inspect your package and the contents right when you receive it. If the package arrives at your door in terrible shape please refuse delivery and contact us right away at +1.647.612.5175 or email at orderdesk@paperdwall.com so we can deal with the shipping company. We reserve the right to refuse any claims of damaged product 5 days after signed delivery.
